Content of registry

Linjassa Oy may use subcontractors to provide services. We have contracted to ensure that companies that subcontract to us commit to complying with the requirements of the Privacy Policy. The customer has the right to receive a listing of subcontractors processing personal data.

Registry security

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information.

All manual material shall be stored in locked and controlled premises of the controller. Only those employees of the controller who need information in the course of their work have access to the electronic materials. Users are identified by a username and password. Our staff is instructed and obliged to keep all personal information strictly confidential.

The information systems used to process personal data and access to them shall be adequately technically protected and access to them shall be protected by appropriate methods. The registry information is backed up securely. The destruction of material containing personal data is done in a secure manner.

Rights of the data subject
